Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about grading, credits, and how GradeLogic™ handles your data.

GradeLogic™ helps you grade handwritten and typed assessments with teacher-controlled AI. You prepare exams locally, review PII, then let AI handle OCR, grading, and feedback — while you review and accept every result.

No. GradeLogic™ runs entirely in your web browser. Create a free account with Google and you’re ready to prepare exams.

Grading Credits are how you pay for AI work — LLM OCR, grading, feedback, and Auto-Pilot. Each successful subscription payment grants a new monthly lot of credits.

Each credit lot is valid for 90 days from the day it’s granted. The earliest-expiring credits are used first, and a new monthly lot does not extend older ones.

Cancelling stops future renewals and credit grants, but any unexpired credits stay usable until they expire. You can keep grading on existing credits and resubscribe anytime.

Yes. A free Google account gives you the full local workspace — create exams, run local OCR, detect answer zones, and review PII. Only AI features require a subscription.

Economy, Balanced, and Highest Accuracy let you trade cost for rigor on each run. GradeLogic™ routes to the right managed model for every step — you never configure providers or keys.

Your roster, identities, and accepted results stay in your browser. You review and redact PII before any upload, and only approved, pseudonymized content is processed — never stored permanently.

In your browser, locally. There is no cloud copy at launch, so clearing site data, switching browsers, or changing devices removes the workspace stored there.
