No sign-in needed. Enter the contract number from your order confirmation and the email address on that contract, and we will confirm the cancellation by email.

Your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period; access and remaining credits continue until then.

While signed in you can also cancel in the billing portal, or by any other clear statement to the contact address in our Terms.
